Sign onto the BPA website at: www.bpalja.com
Click onto the MemberXG Portal, Log in and Create an Account using your E-Mail Address. Once you finish creating an account, you will be sent an e-mail with an Access Code.
Enter the code and you will be directed to the DASHBOARD.
This is where you have access to all of your Health Information and "HRA" Account Balance.
